OPRY LIVE Showcases the Best in Country Music starting June 20th

OPRY LIVE Showcases the Best in Country Music starting June 20th at 10pm on My24

My24 is going country and serving up summer heat with must-see music moments courtesy of OPRY LIVE starting June 20th at 10pm.

Like so many other music venues, the Grand Ole Opry found its events brought to a screeching halt back in March. The famed mecca of country music, its Opry members, and other greats of the genre's stayed determined to keep its traditions and music alive in the face of adversity. The Grand Ole Opry's streak of consecutive Saturday night broadcasts (June 20th will be mark #4,929) remains intact thanks to modern technology, a small production team, and very limited number of artists performing acoustically each week.

The hour long broadcasts are currently slated to run June 20-July 25th at 10pm after RING OF HONOR. Regularly scheduled episodes of the WORLD POKER TOUR will relinquish their seat at the Saturday night table during the run. You can still deal yourself into some hot action at on the pro tour Sundays at midnight on My24.

The telecasts are hosted by award-winning radio and TV Personality Bobby Bones, who serves as Vice President and Creative Director of iHeartCountry, the largest Country broadcast radio group in America. Bones, referred to as the "media multitasker" by Billboard, is also a best-selling author, musician, touring stand-up comedian and the official inhouse mentor of ABC’s American Idol. In addition, he has performed on the Grand Ole Opry and also served as a guest-announcer.

Upcoming talent lineups and bookings are forthcoming, though June 20th's debut on My24 will feature fan favorites Darius Rucker and Clint Black. Talent appearances are subject to change.

Despite the challenges and pause on live audience performances, the Opry's recent talent roster boasts appearances by Opry members Trace Adkins, Bill Anderson, Kelsea Ballerini, Garth Brooks, Terri Clark, Luke Combs, Dailey & Vincent, Vince Gill, Dustin Lynch, Chris Janson, Craig Morgan, Brad Paisley, Jeannie Seely, Blake Shelton, Ricky Skaggs, Connie Smith, Marty Stuart, Keith Urban, Steve Wariner, Trisha Yearwood and Chris Young along with special guests Lauren Alaina, Mandy Barnett, Lee Brice, T. Graham Brown, Steven Curtis Chapman, Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper, Jason Crabb, Amy Grant and daughters Jenny Gill and Corrina Grant Gill, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Kellie Pickler, Michael Ray, Gwen Stefani, Sam Williams, and Brett Young.
